Our group was excited when coming up with creative ideas. We first only thought of helping just our school. We thought of helping the school lunches, cleaner bathrooms, beter security, etc. Then we ended up thinking about our entire community. About bart safety and security, more surveillance cameras installed in the light posts, etc. We thought about all the dangerous things that are around us that need to be changed. We started to notice all the dangers that seem to be ignored. We all came up with these ideas together as a group. Our list included the following:
- safer bart stations
- better surroundings/ stores
- better faculty at the schools (security, teachers, etc)
- safer streets for people that ride bikes
- healthier school lunches
- creative parks
We wanted to make it a comedy yet documentary. Comedy because we wanted to make it fun for everyone to watch and fun to act. Documentary because we wanted to show everyone what the community needed. Inform them about the necessities that the community lacks to help make it a better place to live. We wanted to make our video unique and one of a kind.
